1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to: Ensure safe and lawful use of Suitespace Protect users from abuse, fraud, or harmful activities Maintain platform integrity and performance Comply with legal and regulatory requirements This Policy applies to all activities conducted through the Suitespace platform, websites, and connected services.
2. General Principles
Users must: Use Suitespace responsibly and lawfully Respect the rights and privacy of others Provide accurate information Follow all applicable laws and regulations Comply with Suitespace Terms and other agreements
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Illegal or Unlawful Activities
You may not use Suitespace to: Engage in illegal services or transactions Violate local, national, or international laws Participate in fraudulent activities Support or promote criminal organizations
3.2 Prohibited Service Types
Providers may not use Suitespace to offer: Adult or sexual services Unlicensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic services Gambling or betting activities Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances High-risk financial or investment services Multi-level marketing schemes Any activity restricted by Stripe's prohibited business list
3.3 Harmful or Abusive Behavior
Users may not: Harass, intimidate, or threaten others Engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior Share violent, vulgar, or inappropriate content Upload malware or harmful code Attempt to disrupt platform functionality
3.4 Security Violations
You may not: Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data Bypass security controls or authentication mechanisms Perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or scraping without permission Interfere with or overload Suitespace servers (e.g., DDoS attacks)
3.5 Misrepresentation
Users may not: Provide false identity or business information Use Suitespace for impersonation Submit misleading service descriptions or qualifications Manipulate reviews, ratings, or engagement
3.6 Misuse of Payment Systems
You may not: Circumvent Stripe or Suitespace payment flows Request payment outside of the platform to avoid fees Submit fraudulent chargebacks Collect credit card information directly from Customers
4. Content Restrictions
Users must not upload or share content that: Is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights Contains sensitive personal data without lawful basis Includes violent, graphic, or adult material Promotes self-harm or dangerous activities Includes misleading or harmful health claims Providers are responsible for ensuring uploaded images, text, and promotional materials comply with applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Use of Customer Data
5.1 No Unauthorized Data Sharing
Providers may not: Sell Customer data Share Customer information with third parties without consent Use Customer data for unrelated marketing purposes
5.2 Data Security Obligations
Providers must: Store downloaded Customer data securely Handle data in compliance with GDPR/KVKK/PIPEDA where applicable Respect Customer data deletion and access requests
6. Email and Communication Rules
Users may not use Suitespace to: Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages Send harmful or deceptive emails Harass Customers or Providers Send bulk marketing without proper consent Providers must comply with relevant anti-spam laws, including: CAN-SPAM (US) CASL (Canada) GDPR (EU) KVKK (Türkiye)
7. Child Safety
If Providers offer services involving minors: They must comply with local laws regarding child protection They must not collect data from minors without parental consent Suitespace must not be used for activities involving exploitation or harm to minors
8. Platform Integrity and Performance
Users may not: Use automated bots or scripts without approval Reverse engineer or modify platform code Attempt to copy or replicate Suitespace features Upload files that are excessively large without purpose Interfere with platform performance or user experience
9. Consequences of Violations
Suitespace may take any of the following actions: Issue warnings Restrict platform features Suspend or terminate accounts Remove or disable content Report violations to law enforcement or Stripe Withhold payouts in cases of fraud or policy violations
10. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations by contacting: support@suitespace.app privacy@suitespace.app Suitespace will review reports and take appropriate action.
11. Policy Updates
Suitespace may update this Policy at any time. Updated versions are posted on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
