1. Nature of the Service
We provide the software tools (the "mall"), but you run your own store. We aren't responsible for your professional advice or how you treat your customers.
Suitespace is a technology platform that enables Providers to create, manage, and sell services (appointments, events, etc.) to End Users ("Customers"). Suitespace is not a service provider and is not a party to any contract between a Provider and a Customer. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, nor do we verify your professional licenses or the accuracy of your content.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be an adult and keep your account secure. If you break the rules, we can close your account.
To be a Provider, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Suitespace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms.
3. Provider Obligations
You are the boss of your business. You handle your own licenses, your own taxes, and the accuracy of what you post.
Compliance
You must follow all local laws, professional regulations, and licensing requirements.
Taxes
You are responsible for calculating, collecting, and paying all taxes related to your sales to Customers.
Content
You are responsible for everything you upload (pricing, descriptions, images). Suitespace does not verify this content.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
We have different plans that renew automatically. We offer a 30-day refund for new members, but renewals are non-refundable.
Plans
We offer Starter, Essential, Premium, and Enterprise plans, billed monthly or yearly.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
30-Day Guarantee
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. This does not apply to renewals or add-ons.
Fees
We apply a "no-tax" model for subscription fees unless required by law. If you use Stripe Connect, we may charge a marketplace commission (e.g., 5%) per transaction.
5. Payment Processing (Stripe Standard)
You use your own Stripe account. The money goes from the Customer to you—we never hold your funds.
Suitespace integrates with Stripe Standard. You must connect your own Stripe account. Stripe handles all identity verification (KYC/KYB). Suitespace does not hold Customer funds at any time; payouts are handled directly by Stripe.
6. Prohibited Services
No "adult" content, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, or unlicensed medical services. If it's illegal or violates Stripe's rules, it's not allowed here.
Strictly prohibited categories include: adult services, gambling, unlicensed medical/psychological advice, prescription drugs, weapons, and fraudulent schemes. Suitespace may remove prohibited content or suspend accounts immediately without notice.
7. Intellectual Property & Licensing
You own your content. You just give us permission to show it on your website so the platform works. We will never sell your data to others.
Providers retain full ownership of all uploaded content. You grant Suitespace a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content for platform functionality and marketing. We will not sublicense or sell your content.
8. Relationship with Customers
If a customer wants a refund or misses an appointment, that's between you and them. You must provide them with their invoices.
Suitespace is not responsible for cancellations, no-shows, or disputes. Providers must clearly communicate their own refund policies and are responsible for issuing legal invoices to their Customers.
9. Limitation of Liability & Availability
If the site goes down (like an AWS outage), we aren't liable for your lost revenue. Our liability is capped at 12 months of your subscription fees.
Suitespace is provided "as-is." While we strive for 100% uptime, scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (like AWS) may occur. Suitespace is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Data Protection
We help you manage data, but you must make sure you have your customers' permission to collect their info (GDPR/KVKK compliance).
Suitespace acts as a Data Processor for your customer data. You (the Provider) are the Data Controller and are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from your Customers. Data processing is governed by our DPA and Privacy Policy.
11. Termination & Data Retention
You can cancel anytime. We keep booking data for 12 months and financial records for 5 years after you leave.
Upon termination:
Access
Access to the platform is removed.
Booking Data
Retained for 12 months for your records.
Financial Records
Retained for 5 years to comply with tax/legal audits.
12. Governing Law
Any legal issues will be handled in Toronto, Ontario.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

1. Our Role: We Provide the Software, Not the Service
We are the booking platform, not the business you are booking with. If your appointment goes wrong or the service is poor, you need to talk to the Provider, not us.
Suitespace is a technology platform that allows independent businesses and professionals ("Providers") to offer services like appointments, classes, and events. Suitespace is not the service provider. We are not responsible for the quality of the services, the accuracy of the Provider's listing, or whether the Provider has the right licenses. All services are provided solely by the Provider.
2. Your Agreement is with the Provider
When you click "Book," you are making a deal directly with the business. We aren't a part of that contract and we don't jump into the middle of disputes.
When you book through Suitespace, the legal contract is between you and the Provider. Suitespace is not a party to that agreement. Any questions, disputes, or refund requests must be directed to the Provider. Suitespace does not mediate or resolve disagreements between you and a Provider.
3. Your Responsibilities
Be honest with your info, follow the Provider's rules, and show up on time. Don't use our site to harass people or try to hack the system.
You agree to: Provide accurate information when booking. Follow the Provider's specific rules and show up on time. Review the Provider's specific cancellation and refund policy before you pay. Use Suitespace lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to block users who harass Providers or interfere with the platform.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
We use Stripe to process your payment. If you need a refund, the Provider is the only one who can trigger it. We don't hold your money.
Secure Processing
All payments are handled securely by Stripe. Suitespace does not hold or control your funds.
Refunds
Because the money goes directly to the Provider, Suitespace cannot issue refunds. Refunds are handled solely by the Provider according to their own policy.
Cancellations
Each Provider sets their own cancellation window and "no-show" fees. By booking, you agree to those specific terms.
5. Content & Accuracy
Providers write their own descriptions and set their own prices. We don't verify if their photos or prices are 100% accurate.
Descriptions, images, and pricing are uploaded by the Provider. Suitespace does not guarantee that this information is always accurate or up-to-date.
6. Privacy & Your Data
We pass your booking info to the Provider so they know who is coming. We also keep the platform running safely. You have rights to your data under Canadian and international laws.
We process your personal data on behalf of the Provider to make your booking possible. We act as a Data Processor for your booking info and a Data Controller for how you use our website. For more details, see our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your data rights by emailing privacy@suitespace.app.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide the booking tool "as-is." We aren't liable for any accidents, poor service, or lost data that happens during your interaction with a Provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suitespace is not liable for: The quality or safety of the services you book. Provider negligence or inaccurate listings. Technical interruptions or data loss. Our role is strictly limited to providing the booking software.
8. Service Availability
Sometimes websites go down for maintenance. We don't offer compensation for temporary outages.
While we aim for perfection, Suitespace may have temporary downtime due to maintenance or third-party issues (like AWS). No credits or compensation are provided for these outages.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
If there's a legal issue between you and Suitespace, it will be handled in Toronto, Ontario.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

1. Our Standard for Use
Don't use our tools for anything illegal, mean, or harmful. We built Suitespace to help businesses grow, not to host scams or hackers.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure Suitespace remains a safe, high-performance platform for everyone. This AUP applies to every Provider and Customer using our services.
2. Prohibited Services & Businesses
We don't allow certain types of businesses, like gambling, adult services, or illegal drugs. If Stripe doesn't allow it, we don't allow it.
Providers may not use Suitespace to sell or promote:
Adult Content
Sexual services or pornography.
Regulated Goods
Unlicensed medical/psychological services, prescription drugs, weapons, or explosives.
Financial Risks
Gambling, betting, multi-level marketing (MLM), or high-risk "get rich quick" schemes.
Stripe Restrictions
Any business listed on the Stripe Prohibited Business List.
3. System Integrity: Don't Break the Platform
No hacking, no botting, and no scraping. Don't try to look at other people's data or slow down our servers.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Hacking
Attempting to bypass security, scanning for vulnerabilities, or gaining unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Automation
Using bots, crawlers, or "scrapers" to extract data from Suitespace without our written permission.
Disruption
Overloading our systems (DDoS attacks) or uploading malware, viruses, or "logic bombs."
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to copy, modify, or decompile the Suitespace source code.
4. Honest Conduct & Payments
Be who you say you are. Don't try to trick people or cheat us out of our platform fees.
No Impersonation
Do not provide false identity or business information.
Payment Integrity
You must use the integrated Stripe flow. Do not request "off-platform" payments to avoid Suitespace fees.
Fraud
Do not submit fraudulent chargebacks or collect credit card info directly from customers via text fields.
5. Content & Communication Standards
No spam, no hate speech, and no stealing other people's photos or trademarks.
Intellectual Property
Only upload images and text that you own or have permission to use.
Abuse
No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
Spam
You must comply with anti-spam laws (CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR in the EU). Do not send bulk marketing emails without explicit "opt-in" consent from your customers.
6. Data & Privacy Ethics
Treat customer data with respect. Don't sell it or share it with strangers.
Providers must:
Protect Data
Store any downloaded customer info securely.
Respect Requests
Honor customer requests to be deleted or "unsubscribed" immediately.
No Selling
Never sell or trade Customer personal data to third parties.
7. Protecting Minors
If you provide services for kids (like summer camps), you must follow all local child safety laws and get parental consent.
Suitespace has zero tolerance for activities involving the exploitation or harm of minors. Providers offering services to children are solely responsible for compliance with child protection regulations.
8. Consequences: What Happens if You Break the Rules?
If you violate this policy, we can warn you, delete your content, or ban you forever. We may also report illegal activity to the police.
If we determine you have violated these rules, Suitespace may: Issue a formal warning. Suspend or terminate your account immediately. Withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud. Report illegal activities to law enforcement or Stripe.
9. How to Report a Violation
Email support if you see abuse on the platform.
If you see someone abusing the platform, please reach out: support@suitespace.app

1. The Suitespace "Middleman" Rule
We provide the booking software, but we don't provide the services (like classes or appointments). Because we don't have your money, we can't give it back to you.
Suitespace is a technology platform. We are not the seller of the services booked on our site. We are not a party to the contract between a Provider and a Customer. We do not make refund decisions. We are not responsible for how a Provider runs their business or if they show up.
2. For Providers: Your Business, Your Rules
You must clearly tell your customers if you offer refunds or charge for no-shows. Once you set a policy, you are responsible for sticking to it.
Each Provider must set their own cancellation and refund rules. These must be:
Clear
No hidden fees or "gotcha" clauses.
Accessible
Displayed clearly on your Suitespace-hosted website.
Enforced by You
You are responsible for triggering refunds in Stripe and handling late fees or no-show charges.
3. For Customers: Check Before You Book
When you hit "Book," you're agreeing to that specific business's rules. If you need a refund or a reschedule, you must talk to them directly—not us.
By completing a booking, you agree to the Provider's specific terms. Suitespace cannot mediate disputes or overturn a Provider's decision. If you have a complaint about a service or a refund, please contact the Provider directly using the information on your booking confirmation.
4. Suitespace Subscription Fees
Your payment to use our software is generally final. We offer a 30-day window for new users, but after that, there are no refunds for monthly or yearly plans.
Final Sale
All subscription fees for Suitespace (Starter, Essential, Premium, etc.) are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal
Your plan will renew automatically. If you don't want to be charged again, cancel before your renewal date.
30-Day Guarantee
As noted in our Provider Terms, first-time subscribers may request a refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. This does not apply to renewals.
5. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments go through Stripe. Because the money goes straight to the Provider's bank account, only the Provider can send it back to you.
All transactions happen through the Provider's own Stripe account.
Control
Only the Provider can initiate a refund.
Fees
Please note that Stripe processing fees are often non-refundable according to Stripe's global policies.
6. No-Shows and Cancellations
If you don't show up, the Provider can charge you based on their own rules. Suitespace will not intervene in these disputes.
Providers are responsible for managing their own calendars. If a Provider cancels on a Customer, they are expected to follow their own published refund policy and notify the Customer immediately. Suitespace is not liable for any financial loss or inconvenience caused by a Provider's cancellation.
7. Chargebacks
If a customer disputes a charge with their bank (a chargeback), Stripe handles it with the Provider. If a Provider gets too many chargebacks, we may have to close their account.
Suitespace is not responsible for losses resulting from chargebacks. We may charge an administrative fee to Providers who have excessive dispute rates to cover our own processing costs.
8. Contact & Disputes
Email us for subscription questions; for anything about a booking, reach out to the Provider.
For questions regarding Suitespace subscriptions: support@suitespace.app For questions regarding a specific booking: Contact the Provider directly.
