Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Suitespace, you confirm that: You have read and understood these Terms You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Suitespace. If you use Suitespace as a Provider or Customer, additional agreements apply, such as the Provider Terms, Customer Terms, Subscription Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.
2. Changes to Terms
Suitespace may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
3. Suitespace Services
Suitespace provides: Website creation tools for Providers Online booking and scheduling services Payment integration with Stripe Email notifications and customer management features Event and appointment management tools Suitespace may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. User Accounts
5.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for: Protecting your login credentials All activities occurring under your account Notifying Suitespace immediately of unauthorized access Suitespace is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Suitespace to: Act unlawfully or encourage illegal activities Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content Interfere with the platform functionality Misrepresent your identity or business Circumvent payment systems Attempt to access unauthorized data or systems Distribute malware or harmful code Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices Suitespace may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All Suitespace content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs are the property of Suitespace Inc.
7.2 Limited License
Suitespace grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for lawful purposes.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not: Copy or reproduce Suitespace materials Modify or reverse engineer the platform Resell or redistribute Suitespace content Use Suitespace branding without permission
7. Content Provided by Users
Users (Providers or Customers) may upload content such as: Images Descriptions Logos Schedule information Custom text Users retain ownership of their content but grant Suitespace a license to host and display the content for platform operation. Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate: Copyright laws Privacy rights Trademark laws Third-party agreements Suitespace may remove content that violates these rules.
8. Third-party Services
Suitespace integrates with third-party services such as: Stripe (payments) AWS (hosting) Email providers Analytics and marketing tools (if enabled) Suitespace is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of Suitespace is subject to: Privacy Policy Data Processing Agreement KVKK Addendum (if applicable) These documents explain how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and transferred.
11. Termination and Suspension
11.1 by Suitespace
Suitespace may suspend or terminate your account for: Violation of these Terms Fraud or misuse Security concerns Failure to pay fees
11.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination: Access to Services is removed Data is retained or deleted according to the Security & Data Retention Policy
12. Disclaimers
12.1 No Warranty
Suitespace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Suitespace does not guarantee that Services will be: Error-free Uninterrupted Free from security vulnerabilities
12.2 Provider Services
Suitespace is not responsible for: Quality of services offered by Providers Accuracy of Provider information Refunds, cancellations, or disputes Provider compliance with laws or licenses
13. Limitation of Liability
Suitespace is not liable for: Lost revenue or profits Loss of data Indirect or consequential damages Service interruptions Errors or omissions in content Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous twelve (12) months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suitespace against claims arising from: Your misuse of Suitespace Your violation of these Terms Your infringement of third-party rights
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
