Customer Terms of Service
1. Role of Suitespace
Suitespace is a technology platform that enables businesses and professionals ("Providers") to offer services such as appointments, classes, events, and camps. Suitespace is not the service provider. Suitespace is not responsible for: The quality of services offered by Providers Accuracy of Provider information Provider credentials, licensing, or qualifications Scheduling, cancellations, or refunds Interactions between Customers and Providers All services booked through Suitespace are provided solely by the Provider.
2. Customer–provider Relationship
When you book a service through Suitespace, the contract is formed between you and the Provider. Suitespace is not a party to that agreement. Any questions, disputes, cancellations, or refund requests must be directed to the Provider. Suitespace does not mediate or resolve disputes between Customers and Providers.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate booking information Comply with Provider rules and requirements Arrive on time for appointments or events Review the Provider's cancellation and refund policy prior to booking Use Suitespace lawfully and respectfully
4. Payment Terms
5.1 Payments Processed by Stripe
Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe on behalf of the Provider. Suitespace does not hold or control Customer funds.
5.2 Charges
You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method at the time of booking.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds, if any, are issued solely by the Provider according to their refund policy. Suitespace does not issue refunds and is not responsible for financial transactions between Customers and Providers.
5. Cancellations and No-shows
Each Provider has their own cancellation and no-show policies, which are displayed during booking. By completing a booking, you agree to the Provider's policy. Suitespace bears no responsibility for missed appointments, no-shows, or Provider-enforced fees.
6. Content Accuracy
Descriptions, images, availability, and pricing are provided by the Provider. Suitespace does not guarantee the accuracy of Provider content.
7. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not: Harass or abuse Providers Misuse the platform for illegal purposes Attempt to interfere with platform functionality Upload or submit harmful content Circumvent booking or payment systems Suitespace may block or restrict access for violations.
8. Privacy and Data Processing
Suitespace processes Customer personal data on behalf of Providers to facilitate bookings. Suitespace acts as a Data Processor for Customer booking data and as a Data Controller for platform usage data, as described in the Suitespace Privacy Policy. Customer rights under GDPR/KVKK/PIPEDA (where applicable) may be exercised by contacting privacy@suitespace.app.
10. Service Availability
Suitespace does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party service issues. No compensation or credits are provided for outages.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Suitespace is not liable for: Service quality issues Refund or cancellation disputes Provider negligence or misconduct Inaccurate information provided by Providers Loss of data or technical interruptions Suitespace's role is limited to providing booking software.
12. Account Termination
Suitespace may suspend Customer access for: Violation of these Terms Fraud or misuse Security concerns Customers may request account deletion by contacting privacy@suitespace.app.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
14. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
15. Modifications
Suitespace may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after revisions indicates acceptance.
