Platform & Getting Started
Finish onboarding, learn how the platform fits together, and start managing multiple Suites from a single session without friction.
Suitespace is a next-generation operations hub that cuts through management clutter while you grow. It brings everything—from bookings and payments to client records and team collaboration—into one polished interface. Instead of juggling fragmented tools, you create a dedicated Suite for each location or brand and run your whole workflow in one clear, orderly place.
A Suite is your dedicated operational workspace. It is where your services, bookings, client data, payments, and online presence (Launch or Connect) live together in one dashboard. If you manage multiple locations or brands, you can run multiple Suites under a single account.
These two surfaces split your Suitespace experience into personal account control versus in-suite operations:
Account Home: your command center
Account Home is your cross-platform identity—sign-in and security, profile and notifications, switching between every Suite you belong to, onboarding a new Suite, and help or support entry points. When you need to open another Suite or get platform-level help, this is where you go.
Suite dashboard: the heart of the business
Inside a Suite you land in that brand or location's daily operations hub—purely work-focused: you track bookings, manage your calendar, configure services, shape your digital presence through the Web hub, and review financial analytics.
Creating a new Suite is one guided flow built to move your business online:
Start the flow: From Account Home, launch the setup wizard.
Complete the form: Enter essentials such as Suite name, subdomain, location, and workspace; choose your service types and whether Suitespace Launch or Suitespace Connect fits your digital presence.
Choose your plan and confirm: Pick your plan and finish the required confirmations—your Suite is created in moments.
When setup finishes you can go straight into the Suite dashboard to configure calendar and services, or return to Account Home to manage your other Suites.
