A Suite is your dedicated operational workspace. It is where your services, bookings, client data, payments, and online presence (Launch or Connect) live together in one dashboard. If you manage multiple locations or brands, you can run multiple Suites under a single account.

Pricing is simple and linear: a $5/month base fee for the Suite (the workspace) and $5/month for each Seat (each person, including the owner).

This model reflects real-world operations: one central hub (the Suite) powered by people (the Seats). The Suite fee covers your core configurations and platform access, while Seats allow you to scale costs naturally as your team grows without needing to jump between complex pricing tiers.

Absolutely. On self-serve plans, you can add or remove seats whenever your team size changes; your total is updated instantly. For Enterprise clients on annual contracts, your dedicated account team will help manage adjustments based on your agreement.

You will be billed for the Suite and seat count you selected during signup unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send you a reminder before the transition to ensure you are ready.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that starts from your first day with Suitespace, including your 14-day free trial. If the platform is not the right fit for you during this period, simply reach out to us. Refunds are processed according to your plan's terms.

Self-serve plans are billed in USD via major credit and debit cards. If you need more than 30 seats, multiple Suites, or enterprise-grade security, our Custom plan is the right choice for tailored support.
